Here we are again but we will go into the details of what our Venue will need.

Tables and chairs: we have them round shape such Chiavarina-style, to leave uncovered or partially adorned with Tulle, ribbon or flowers decoration; alternatively total coverage in white and ribbon or bow to close.

Let’s not forget the classic Thonet chair, round shape, can be covered for the occasion, with it’s sinuous shapes it is well suited to a round table or used in a rectangular one, bringing dynamism with the contrast of geometric figures.

We also have the Cross chairs and the Parisian chairs, beautiful and classic, more of an outdoor location in the middle of the vineyard or a villa in the countryside. In white or brown color, they enclose the atmosphere of the place that surrounds them and rounds off the table in beauty.

They can be decorated in an elegant but still simple way so as not to cover the very charm of the chairs, otherwise leaving them natural are splendid.

Conversely, if the idea of a chair that is too classic or covered don’t suit us, e always opt for the Ghost chairs, completely transparent and with a full back, with its comfy shape is beautiful to look at and comfortable for guest to sit.

Adorned with ribbons or bows or, left in their simplicity, they are beautiful to look at and go perfectly with an indoor or outdoor Venue, splendid even alongside a swimming pool.

At this point, what will the mise en place look like then?

We assume that white is always the main color but this does not prevent the overlapping of two different colors or a central inner that recalls the theme color of the wedding.

Alternatively, we can leave the cover blank and choose the napkin in the theme color, the right combination of classic and modern.

if, on the other hand, you want to recall the theme color also on the tables but without exaggerating and, therefore, have a slight hint of the whole, we can use the central decorations of the table or the Favours positioned next to each guest.

Now, choice of plates and glassware completes the look 🙂

We have different types and formats, even if, at the moment, we are interested in the choice of material such as porcelain, Ceramics or Glass.

Each has its own story and offers different and offers different emotions, with a table already full of colors I would opt for the classic porcelain or glass, otherwise, leaving the table in a tone of white, one could think of more sought-after ceramic dishes, unique hand-painted pieces that resume the theme color of the Event.

Despite the options for our dishes, as far as glasses are concerned, I would say base your choice on crystal or glass, simple impartial and always elegant.

Let’s not forget the choice of cutlery that always goes along with the rest of the table, so it will come by itself 🙂

From now on our attention will be focused on entertaining guests during the Venue.

There are those who prefer background music with a DJ or those who have the pleasure of having live music, in both cases you will also have to decide after dinner, how are you going to entertain yourself and entertain your guests?

Within the section, let’s not forget the little ones, if any.

The main option would be to get an entertainer for the little ones as well, it would give space to the parents and the little guests would have the same level of satisfaction with the Events as the adults.

An idea about their entertainment would be to carry out recreational activities such as drawing, coloring, face painting and a few more balloons, never hurt.

For a Venue dedicated to adults only, entertainment ranges from music, magic tricks, group dances or professional dancers; to be used as extra strength during the different phases of the Event such an aperitif, dinner or after dinner.
