Let your colors shine.

Let your colors shine.

We have arrived at the long_awaited moment of the great little details of the setup!

How many ideas to unleash and how many colors to use? Everyone, focus, pair and decide what’s right for us!

<<choosing the Venue is not easy but once faced can indulge yourself.. so how to do it? The date and how many people we have decided to have with us on the big day are essential; once we have found the locations that satisfies all the expectations in terms of sensations and capacity, we can get down to business.

We always go to visit the Venues with the perspective of the aftermath, from everything that can be created despite perhaps not everything physically being there at the moment, there is a solution to everything.

An important note is if the site acts as a restaurant as well or a catering is needed, if a catering is what you need no stress, there are so many excellent ones!

The choice of tables is important, don’t we all have someone who doesn’t have to be with the other at the same table? The art of mix and match girls is one of our qualities!

For an Event reserved for a few participants, an excellent choice is a long single table, set up with tall vases with flowers or candles that give more volume to the table and stands out once you arrive at the Venue. Let’s keep in mind the decorations, once everyone is seated, must not hinder the view between one guest and another, otherwise communication becomes difficult.

To give more volume to the entire room, high tables for aperitifs and after dinner are very nice to place across the room, adorned with the same themes as the main table on a smaller scale. I suggest high tables only to give dynamism to the space used but low ones are also perfect, alternatively also comfortables sofas with central tables are lovely to have.

You will then have the table with sugar almonds or sweets and wedding favors or, one only one of the two based on what you believe is right.

Another important detail, completely optional, are the favors and/or placeholders; you can have either both or opt for something that performs both tasks, both options are wonderful and leave a smile and an extra memory for the participants.

Let’s obviously remember that you don’t necessarily have to have placeholders but, if there are more tables you can simply bathe the table and let the participants indicated in the aforementioned table sit where they prefer, a smart choice 🙂

Let’s move on to lighting it all, Candles? Candelabra? Network of lights with a warm color that hangs over the ceiling? Do we prefer drapes with pendant lights?

The options are endless and the realization of that is just a wedding planner away to be honest 🙂

Today I will leave you thinking about this options.. any ideas?
